2. Services Offered

Trabel.in provides:

  • Cab and taxi booking services (local & outstation)
  • Holiday tour packages
  • Honeymoon packages
  • Domestic travel planning services

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed with advance payment (partial/full).
  • Prices may vary depending on availability, season, and demand.
  • Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of booking.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellation charges may apply depending on timing of cancellation.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 working days.
  • No refund will be provided for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.

5. Travel Responsibility

  • Customers must carry valid ID proof during travel.
  • Trabel.in is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Any additional costs due to such delays must be borne by the customer.

6. Cab Usage Policy

  • The vehicle must be used only for agreed routes and purposes.
  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer will be chargeable.
  • Driver behavior complaints should be reported immediately.

7. Liability Limitation

Trabel.in is not liable for:

  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Injury, accident, or delays beyond our control
  • Third-party service failures (hotels, transport partners, etc.)

8. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.
